Simulation View Settings Options
You can edit the following simulation viewing parameters:
Time: model simulation time,
Time step: model simulation time step,
2D: check ☑ if you want the model to be displayed in two dimensions,
Options 2D: options for viewing the model in two dimensions (available only if the 2D option is selected):
Slice - section of the external environment for viewing the simulation,
Section - plane for viewing the simulation,
Options 3D: options for viewing the model in three dimensions (available only if the 2D option is NOT selected):
Heading - angle of rotation around the Y axis,
Pitch - angle of rotation around the X axis,
YZ slice, X =: at what distance from the point X = 0 to make a section along the YZ plane,
XZ slice, Y =: at what distance from the point Y = 0 to make a section along the XZ plane,
XY slice, Z =: at what distance from the point Z = 0 to make a section along the XY plane,
Density XY plane: check ☑ if you want to display substrates in the XY plane,
Density XZ plane: check ☑ if you want to display substrates in the XZ plane,
Density YZ plane: check ☑ if you want to display substrates in the YZ plane,
Spheres quality: rendering quality of 3D spheres (cells).
Statistics: check ☑ if you want additional model information to be drawn,
Axes: check ☑ if you want the axes to be drawn on the model image,
Cells: check ☑ if you want the cells to be drawn on the model image,
Draw nuclei: check ☑ if you want nuclei to be drawn in the model image,
Substrate name: name of the substrate,
Substrate: check ☑ if you want to display the substrate selected in the Substrate name field on the model image (check that the Save density box was checked when running the simulation, otherwise the substrates will not be displayed),
Density Color: the color with which the substrate selected in the Substrate name field will appear on the model image,
Statistics X: coordinates for drawing additional information about the model along the X axis,
Statistics Y: coordinates for drawing additional information about the model along the Y axis,
Frame per second: number of frames per second in the video,
Result video path: path to the directory for saving video.
